  1. There is some urgency to clear stocks and reduce the alarming levels of warehousing of parts and already built cars. Imagine that in one year, all the BSIV engines built and parts ordered to build the engines and cars should be consumed by the market. For some cars, the discounts cost nothing to the company as they raised prices in January to create a buffer margin for discounts.
