Maruti had 10 models in the Top 25. On average; the volumes were 12,833 units/car.
Hyundai had 4 models in the Top 25 and averaged 10,063 units per model.
Tata with 3 models in the list averaged 6,748 units per model.
Kia had 2 offerings in the Top 25 and averaged 7,905 per model (which was higher than Tata).
M&M even with three models fared below Kia as per model average was 4,624 units.

SUVs followed closely with 9 models and MUVs had 3 models in the Top 25. Overall UVs had 12 models on the list!

Maruti Suzuki had a lion's share in the list with 10 of its models of which 4 – Wagon R, Swift, Alto Baleno and Dzire were in the top 5 spots. Maruti's Wagon-R dethroned the siblings Swift and Alto to take the Top Slot in model-wise rank for April 2021. We recently shared the success of Wagon R CNG variants and how it emerged as the best-selling CNG car in India too (source).
Hyundai had 4 models faring in the Top 25 cars. Creta ranked sixth in the table and became the best-selling SUV for April 2021! Creta was closely followed by Grand i10 Nios with dispatches of 11,540 units and the model grew 4.7 percent over March 2021 as well. Venue superseded Brezza sales to emerge as the best-selling Sub-4m Compact SUV of April 2021.
Hyundai's dominance in the SUV segment is clearly visible - Had Creta and Venue as the segment leaders of Mid SUV & Compact Segment in April 2021.
Tata Nexon, Tiago, and Altroz did similar volumes and ranked 15, 16 and 17th in the list. All three models recorded wholesales of over 6.5k units in Apr'21 and helped Tata post respectable volumes last month.
The other homegrown Indian MNC Mahindra too had 3 models in the list (Bolero, XUV300 & Scorpio). Mahindra was able to hold its fourth position in manufacturer rankings in April 2021.
