The once favorite segment of the Indian car buyer, the Entry Hatch Segment has continued its weak performance in the Indian Car Segment. We have seen a total volume drop of about -11% in this segment for the month of February 2021.
The total volumes dispatched stand at 28,775 units in Feb'21.
· The flagship model of Maruti Suzuki in the entry-level segment continues to dominate this segment.
· It owns more than 50% of the market.
· However, the car has degrown by over -6% for the month of Feb.

Spresso has performed double the numbers of Kwid.
However, the car has the highest de growth of -26%
The sole challenger to MSIL’s dominance in the Entry Hatch Segment seems to continue to struggle.
The company registered 3,927 numbers, which was degrowth of -6%
