BMW India is targeting around 30% EV penetration in H2 2026 after electric vehicles accounted for 26% of its H1 sales. Local production, a wider EV portfolio and rapid premiumisation are expected to drive further growth.

BMW has launched the facelifted 7 Series and i7 in India, with prices starting at ₹1.95 crore. The locally assembled i7 50 xDrive offers a claimed 728km WLTP range.

BMW has unveiled the all-new fifth-generation X5 featuring petrol, diesel, plug-in hybrid, fully electric iX5 and future hydrogen powertrain options. The luxury SUV also introduces BMW's latest digital cockpit, redesigned styling and a stronger focus on sustainability.
