In a landmark move for India's sustainability agenda, Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Limited (HPCL) and Tata Motors have inked a Memorandum of Understanding to build a scalable, responsible system for collecting and recycling used automotive lubricants — turning hazardous waste into a circular resource. India generates enormous volumes of used engine and automotive lubricants every year. Much of it ends up improperly disposed of — seeping into soil, contaminating water bodie
