Best Selling Motorcycles in India – April 2026

India’s motorcycle market delivered a strong performance in April 2026, with the top 10 motorcycles together recording 9,39,563 units. This was significantly higher than 7,17,626 units in April 2025, translating to a healthy 31% YoY growth.
The growth was led by Hero MotoCorp’s commuter motorcycle portfolio, with Splendor, HF Deluxe and Glamour all featuring in the top 10. Honda, Bajaj, TVS and Royal Enfield also maintained their presence across commuter, premium commuter and performance motorcycle categories.

Hero Splendor continued its dominance as India’s best-selling motorcycle in April 2026. The model sold 3,09,131 units, compared to 1,97,893 units in April 2025, registering a strong 56% YoY growth. Splendor alone contributed nearly one-third of the top 10 motorcycle sales!
Honda Shine ranked second with 1,82,874 units sold in April 2026. Sales grew 8% YoY from 1,68,908 units in April 2025.
Bajaj Pulsar took the third position with 1,31,031 units in April 2026. It grew 6% YoY compared to 1,24,012 units in April 2025.
Hero HF Deluxe was one of the biggest gainers in April 2026. The model sold 91,977 units, up from 41,645 units in April 2025, recording 121% YoY growth.
Hero’s Glamour also posted a major jump, selling 26,573 units versus 4,941 units last year.
TVS had three models in the top 10 list. The TVS Apache sold 49,390 units, growing 8% YoY, while the TVS XL recorded 42,246 units, up 9% YoY.
However, the TVS Raider saw a decline. Sales stood at 29,064 units, down 32% YoY from 43,028 units in April 2025.
Honda CB Unicorn 150 recorded 39,310 units in April 2026, up 51% YoY, reflecting steady demand in the 150cc commuter segment.
Royal Enfield Classic 350 sold 37,967 units, registering 42% YoY growth.

April 2026 was a strong month for the motorcycle market, with the top 10 models growing 31% YoY. Hero MotoCorp dominated the chart with three models and led both in volume and growth.
The Hero Splendor remained the clear leader, while Honda Shine and Bajaj Pulsar retained their positions among India’s top three motorcycles. Hero’s HF Deluxe and Glamour delivered standout growth, while the TVS Raider was the only model in the top 10 to record a YoY decline.
