Auto Punditz Take
Maruti Suzuki's August 2026 NEXA offers are clearly weighted towards the higher-value end of the portfolio. While the popular Baleno and Fronx receive relatively modest benefits, the Grand Vitara and Invicto are being supported much more aggressively.
The Grand Vitara Strong Hybrid package stands out, especially because of the zero-road-tax benefit of up to ₹1.85 lakh mentioned in the offer programme. For customers already considering the hybrid, the combination of tax savings, extended warranty and additional eligible incentives could substantially reduce the effective ownership cost.
The Invicto's ₹1.55 lakh maximum benefit is equally noteworthy for buyers shopping at the premium end of the market. With India's festive buying season approaching, August could mark the beginning of increasingly aggressive promotional activity from manufacturers. NEXA's current schemes suggest Maruti Suzuki is looking to build momentum ahead of the important festive months.
