Mercedes-Benz India Launches ‘Dream Days’ Festive Campaign With 3-Month EMI Holiday, 6.99% Interest Rate

Mercedes-Benz India has announced the launch of its 2026 ‘Dream Days’ festive campaign, introducing a range of financing, exchange and ownership benefits ahead of the upcoming festive season.

The campaign will begin on August 11, 2026 and remain active through October 2026,

covering the key festive buying period in India. Mercedes-Benz says the initiative is aimed at making luxury vehicle ownership more accessible through flexible financing and upgrade programmes.

Among the headline benefits are a three-month EMI holiday on the Mercedes-Benz GLA and GLC, financing rates starting at 6.99% on select models, trade-in benefits and a Key-to-Key exchange programme for select SUVs including the GLE and GLS.

Mercedes-Benz Dream Days 2026: Key Offers

3-Month EMI Holiday on GLA and GLC

Customers purchasing the Mercedes-Benz GLA or GLC under the Dream Days campaign can opt for a minimal EMI arrangement during the first three months following their purchase.

Mercedes-Benz says the offer has been structured to reduce the initial financial burden for customers immediately after buying the vehicle.

6.99% Interest Rate on Select Mercedes-Benz Models

Mercedes-Benz Financial Services will also offer an interest rate of 6.99% on select car lines during the campaign.

The lower financing rate is intended to reduce monthly instalments compared with conventional luxury-car finance structures, giving buyers greater flexibility while

purchasing a new Mercedes-Benz.

GLE and GLS Buyers Get ‘Key-to-Key’ Upgrade Programme

Another major element of the Dream Days campaign is Mercedes-Benz India's Key-to-Key programme.

Customers purchasing select models such as the Mercedes-Benz GLE and GLS can upgrade to a newer variant after 24 months with zero down payment, subject to applicable terms and conditions.

According to Mercedes-Benz, the programme effectively allows eligible customers to experience two Mercedes-Benz vehicles over a two-year period while providing an easier path to upgrading to the latest model.

Trade-In Benefits for Existing Car Owners

Mercedes-Benz is also targeting customers looking to upgrade from their existing vehicles through additional trade-in benefits.

The company's ‘Welcome Program’ will provide exchange benefits while allowing buyers to move into a new Mercedes-Benz with comparatively low financial commitment.

The programme is intended to simplify the exchange process for customers replacing their current vehicle with a Mercedes-Benz.

STAR Agility+ Continues Alongside Dream Days

The Dream Days benefits will be offered alongside Mercedes-Benz Financial Services' existing STAR Agility+ finance programme.

STAR Agility+ combines financing with service packages, extended warranty and an assured buyback value. Mercedes-Benz claims the programme can result in up to 40% lower monthly commitments compared with a conventional ownership structure.

At the end of the finance tenure, customers can choose to:

  • Upgrade to another Mercedes-Benz

  • Retain the vehicle through refinancing or payment of the buyback value

  • Return the vehicle

The assured vehicle value is structured to correspond with the outstanding balance at the end of the agreement.

Mercedes-Benz Targets Festive Luxury Car Demand

Mercedes-Benz India expects the festive campaign to support customer sentiment during one of the strongest automobile buying periods of the year.

The company is particularly looking to strengthen demand not just in established luxury-car markets but also in emerging cities where it sees further growth potential.

Mercedes-Benz currently operates through more than 140 luxury touchpoints across over 50 cities in India.Commenting on the campaign, Santosh Iyer, Managing Director & CEO, Mercedes-Benz India, said the company expects Dream Days to support purchase decisions through products including EMI holidays, lower interest rates, trade-in benefits and vehicle upgrade programmes.

Formula 1 Paddock Experience Also Up for Grabs

Mercedes-Benz has added an experiential element to the campaign as well.

According to the company, select customers will have an opportunity to win a Mercedes-AMG Formula 1 Paddock Experience, although detailed eligibility conditions have not been outlined in the press release.

Dream Days Campaign to Run Until October 2026

The Mercedes-Benz Dream Days campaign will be supported by a broader marketing push incorporating an emotive campaign film, print advertising, outdoor campaigns and digital activations.

With luxury-car buyers increasingly opting for flexible financing, assured buybacks and shorter upgrade cycles, Mercedes-Benz is positioning Dream Days as more than a conventional festive discount campaign.

Instead, the company is combining lower financing costs, exchange benefits and structured upgrade programmes to reduce the upfront and monthly financial commitment associated with luxury-car ownership.

For prospective Mercedes-Benz buyers, the most notable benefits remain the three-month EMI holiday on the GLA and GLC, 6.99% financing on select models and the zero-down-payment upgrade programme available on eligible GLE and GLS purchases.

All offers and finance programmes are subject to applicable terms and conditions.

Auto Punditz Take

Mercedes-Benz’s Dream Days campaign shows how luxury carmakers are increasingly shifting the festive conversation away from straightforward cash discounts and towards lower ownership barriers and flexible upgrade plans. The combination of a three-month EMI holiday on the GLA and GLC, 6.99% financing on select models and the Key-to-Key programme for the GLE and GLS is designed to make premium-car ownership feel more manageable without materially diluting the brand’s luxury positioning.

For Mercedes-Benz, the timing is important. The August-to-October festive window is traditionally a strong buying period, and structured finance schemes can help bring forward purchase decisions, especially among customers considering an upgrade. The broader strategy also suggests that Mercedes-Benz is putting greater emphasis on lifecycle ownership, assured buybacks and frequent upgrades, rather than competing purely on upfront price cuts.

If customer response is strong, similar financing-led festive campaigns could become increasingly important across India’s luxury-car market.
