Tata Curvv EV Gets Benefits of Up to ₹3.35 Lakh
The Curvv EV carries some of the biggest discounts in Tata's September offer programme. The Curvv EV Creative gets a ₹2.50 lakh Green Bonus, along with an exchange benefit of ₹30,000 or scrappage benefit of ₹35,000. Maximum benefits can therefore reach ₹2.85 lakh.
Even bigger benefits are available on eligible Curvv EV variants excluding the X version, with a Green Bonus of as much as ₹3 lakh. With the applicable scrappage benefit, the total offer can reach ₹3.35 lakh.

Curvv EV X | – | ₹30,000 | ₹35,000 | ₹65,000 |
The Curvv EV X, however, does not receive the large Green Bonus. Its total available benefit is limited to ₹65,000, including loyalty benefits where applicable.
Tata Harrier EV Gets Up to ₹2.75 Lakh Benefits
Tata is also offering sizable incentives on the newer Harrier EV. The Harrier EV Adventure comes with benefits of up to ₹2.50 lakh. These can include a ₹75,000 intervention offer, exchange or scrappage benefits and additional loyalty incentives for existing Tata customers switching to an EV. Selected Fearless+ and Empowered variants offer the highest Harrier EV benefit of ₹2.75 lakh.
The Empowered AWD Stealth 75 ACFC, which is excluded from the above offer, gets benefits of its own worth up to ₹2.25 lakh. Existing Tata EV owners buying another Tata EV can get an EV-to-EV loyalty benefit of up to ₹1 lakh on eligible Harrier EV variants.
Tata Punch EV Discounts Reach ₹1.45 Lakh
Tata is clearing selected outgoing Punch EV variants, making September particularly interesting for buyers who are comfortable purchasing the older inventory. The highest offer of ₹1.45 lakh is available on Punch EV LR variants. This includes a Green Bonus of ₹1.10 lakh along with applicable exchange or scrappage incentives. The Punch EV MR gets benefits of up to ₹1.25 lakh, while Smart variants receive benefits of up to ₹95,000.
Punch EV September Offers
All LR variants: Up to ₹1.45 lakh
MR variants except Smart & Smart+: Up to ₹1.25 lakh
Smart variants: Up to ₹95,000
These offers apply to the outgoing Punch EV inventory mentioned in Tata's offer programme.
Tata Tiago EV Gets Up to ₹1.45 Lakh Discount
Selected outgoing Tiago EV variants are also receiving sizeable benefits. The Tiago EV LR XT carries maximum benefits of ₹1.45 lakh, making it the most heavily incentivised Tiago EV variant during September. The outgoing Tiago EV LR XZ+ gets benefits of up to ₹1.25 lakh, while applicable Tiago EV MR variants get up to ₹65,000.
Tiago EV Variant | Green Bonus | Intervention Offer | Maximum Benefit |
LR XT | ₹70,000 | ₹50,000 | ₹1.45 lakh |
LR XZ+ | ₹1 lakh | – | ₹1.25 lakh |
MR | ₹40,000 | – | ₹65,000 |
Tata Nexon EV Gets Up to ₹45,000 Benefits
Unlike some of the older Tiago EV, Punch EV and Curvv EV inventory, the Nexon EV gets relatively modest benefits this month. All eligible Nexon EV variants receive a ₹10,000 Green Bonus, together with applicable exchange or scrappage benefits.
The overall maximum benefit is ₹45,000. Buyers scrapping an eligible old vehicle can get a higher ₹35,000 scrappage benefit instead of the ₹25,000 exchange benefit.
What Do Green Bonus, Exchange and Scrappage Benefits Mean?
For buyers unfamiliar with automobile discount terminology, Tata's September offers can be understood quite simply.
Green Bonus is a direct promotional incentive provided on eligible Tata EV variants. It forms a major part of the discount, particularly on outgoing Curvv EV, Punch EV and Tiago EV inventory.
Exchange Benefit is offered when the customer trades in an eligible existing vehicle while buying the new Tata EV.
Scrappage Benefit applies to eligible buyers who scrap an old vehicle under the applicable vehicle-scrappage programme instead of exchanging it.
Loyalty Benefit is meant for existing Tata customers. Tata is offering separate incentives for customers moving from a Tata ICE vehicle to an EV and, on selected Harrier EV variants, for existing Tata EV owners purchasing another Tata EV.
Importantly, exchange and scrappage benefits generally represent alternative routes rather than benefits that buyers should assume can simply be added together. The final discount will depend on the customer's eligibility and the exact Tata offer terms.

Auto Punditz Take
September 2026 appears to be an especially attractive month for buyers considering selected Tata EVs. The headline ₹3.35 lakh benefit on the Curvv EV is unusually large, while the Harrier EV's benefits of up to ₹2.75 lakh could also meaningfully reduce the effective acquisition cost.
The Tiago EV and Punch EV outgoing stock could be worth considering for buyers looking for an affordable electric car, especially where the desired variant is available with the higher Green Bonus.
However, customers should not look only at the headline maximum discount. Benefits vary considerably by variant, inventory status, exchange/scrappage eligibility and ownership history. Buyers should therefore ask the Tata dealership for a written breakup of the applicable offer before finalising the purchase.
Note: All amounts are in INR and represent maximum eligible benefits based on the September 2026 offer. Offers can vary depending on variant, stock availability, customer eligibility and applicable terms and conditions.
