JSW Group has launched AMPSTAR, its new electric commercial vehicle brand targeting India’s bus and heavy-truck markets. Backed by a ₹2,500 crore investment, 15,000-unit annual manufacturing capacity and plans for buses, a 55-tonne electric tractor-trailer, leasing and BaaS, AMPSTAR marks JSW’s push into large-scale commercial EV mobility.
