Best-Selling Electric Cars in August 2026: Mahindra 9S Tops Charts, Tata Punch EV Close Behind
India’s electric passenger vehicle market recorded 36,593 dispatches in August 2026, registering 85% YoY growth. The Mahindra 9S emerged as the best-selling EV with 4,508 units, narrowly ahead of the Tata Punch EV at 4,430 units.
