Indofast Energy and GLIDA have partnered to deploy more than 100 battery-swapping stations across 50 locations over the next 12 months, beginning with Bengaluru, Chennai and Hyderabad.

The Delhi Government has approved the ambitious Delhi EV Policy 2026, introducing up to ₹1 lakh scrappage incentive, 100% road tax and registration fee exemption, and plans for 32,000 public EV charging points. The policy also outlines a phased transition to electric mobility, including electric-only new auto-rickshaw registrations from 2027 and two-wheelers from 2028, making it one of India's most comprehensive EV initiatives.
