Yamaha has brought back the Monster Energy MotoGP Editions of the R15 V4 and MT-15 Version 2.0 in India, while also expanding the colour palette of the FZ-S Fi Hybrid and FZ-S Fi Standard.

India Yamaha Motor has reintroduced the Monster Energy Yamaha MotoGP Editions of two of its most popular performance motorcycles—the R15 V4 and MT-15 Version 2.0. According to the company, the special editions have returned following strong customer demand for its racing-inspired models.

Alongside the MotoGP Editions, Yamaha has introduced a new Ice Storm colour for the FZ-S Fi Hybrid, refreshed graphics for the existing Matte Black version and a new Metallic Black option for the FZ-S Fi Standard.

Yamaha MotoGP Editions Return to India

The 2026 Yamaha R15 V4 MotoGP Edition and MT-15 Version 2.0 MotoGP Edition feature a race-inspired visual treatment influenced by Yamaha’s participation in MotoGP.

The distinctive graphics are applied across prominent areas such as the fuel tank, tank shrouds and side panels. The dark bodywork, blue highlights and Monster Energy-inspired graphics give both motorcycles a closer visual connection to Yamaha’s race machines.

While the R15 V4 carries the design on a fully faired supersport-style body, the MT-15 presents the same theme in a compact streetfighter format.

The press statement primarily highlights cosmetic and styling changes and does not detail any mechanical revisions for the returning editions.

2026 Yamaha R15 V4 MotoGP Edition Price

The Yamaha R15 V4 MotoGP Edition has been priced from ₹1,76,050, ex-showroom Delhi. With its full fairing, aggressive riding position and racing-inspired design, the R15 V4 remains Yamaha’s entry-level supersport offering in India. The MotoGP Edition is aimed at customers looking for a more distinctive appearance than the regular colour variants.

2026 Yamaha MT-15 MotoGP Edition Price

The Yamaha MT-15 Version 2.0 MotoGP Edition is priced from ₹1,77,230, ex-showroom Delhi. Interestingly, the MT-15 MotoGP Edition costs ₹1,180 more than the equivalent R15 V4 edition. It combines the MT-15’s upright street-bike design with Yamaha’s signature racing graphics and premium visual elements.

Yamaha FZ-S Fi Hybrid Gets New Ice Storm Colour

Yamaha has also updated the FZ-S Fi Hybrid with a new Ice Storm colour option. The lighter colour scheme gives the motorcycle a fresh appearance compared with the darker shades commonly offered across the FZ range.

The existing Matte Black version of the FZ-S Fi Hybrid has also received revised sporty graphics, intended to give it a more contemporary and dynamic look.

The 2026 Yamaha FZ-S Fi Hybrid is priced from ₹1,39,200, ex-showroom Delhi.

Yamaha FZ-S Fi Standard Gets Metallic Black Option

The FZ-S Fi Standard has received a new Metallic Black colour option. Yamaha says the latest finish enhances the motorcycle’s muscular and aggressive street presence while adding a more premium appearance.

The Yamaha FZ-S Fi Standard is priced from ₹1,29,880, ex-showroom Delhi.

Other colours shown for the updated FZ-S range include Cyan Metallic Grey and Ice Fluo-Vermillion for the standard version.

Racing-Inspired Styling Remains a Key Yamaha Differentiator

The return of the MotoGP Editions underlines the importance of Yamaha’s racing identity in the Indian market. Instead of introducing an entirely new product, the company is using special-edition liveries and fresh colour choices to maintain customer interest in established models.

The R15 V4 and MT-15 continue to serve performance-focused buyers, while the expanded FZ-S colour palette provides more choices for customers seeking a commuter-oriented street motorcycle with sporty styling.

Yamaha says the latest updates are intended to bring its racing heritage and design innovation closer to Indian customers while offering a more dynamic ownership experience.
