Bajaj Auto Two Wheeler sales registered an increase of 84% YoY while exports were up by 32% in March 2021 v/s March 2020.
In the domestic market, Bajaj Auto sold a total of 1,81,393 units in Mar'21, which 84% up as against 98,412 units sold in Mar'20.
Exports also grew significantly by 32% to 1,48,740 units in Mar'21, up from 1,12,564 units exported in Mar'20, thus taking total Two Wheeler volumes to 3,30,133 units, an increase of 56% over 2,10,976 units in March 2020.
Commercial vehicle sales slumped in domestic region by 5% in Mar'21 to 17,158 units, down from 18,129 units sold in Mar'20.
CV Exports on the other hand recorded an increase of 64% from 13,470 units exported in March'20 to 22,157 units exported last month. Total CV sales were at 39,315 units, up 24% over 31,599 units sold in Mar'20.
