  • Ather Rizta registered 19,813 units, up 4.7% from 18,919 units in September 2025. Although its growth was more modest than that of the three models ahead of it, Rizta remained Ather’s largest volume contributor in the supplied figures.

Auto Punditz Take

September’s figures show strong growth across several established electric two-wheeler nameplates. TVS iQube led on volumes and absolute annual gains, while Bajaj Chetak remained its closest challenger. Hero Vida’s 88.3% growth made it another significant contributor to the increase in listed sales.

The top five entries accounted for 82.2% of the September 2026 volumes. Further down the rankings, River Indie and Ampere Magnus delivered meaningful gains, showing that growth extended beyond the leading three.
