Jawa 42 All Stars Launched at ₹1.85 Lakh – Gets 60+ Enhancements
Jawa has launched the new 42 All Stars in India, completing the brand’s All Stars range after the introduction of the 42 FJ All Stars and 42 Bobber All Stars. Prices start at approximately ₹1.85 lakh and extend to ₹1.90 lakh, ex-showroom, depending on the selected colour.
Bookings are open, while customer deliveries are scheduled to begin on 14 September 2026.
What’s new on the Jawa 42 All Stars?
Jawa claims to have introduced more than 60 enhancements to the motorcycle. The most noticeable changes include:
Redesigned rear section and wider rear mudguard
New side body panels
Twin upswept exhausts
Newly designed alloy wheels
Wider front and rear tyres
Revised stance and proportions
Tubeless tyres as standard
Fully digital instrument display
The new exhaust layout gives the motorcycle a sportier profile while also improving its water-wading ability. Jawa says the lighter alloy wheels reduce rotational mass, helping improve handling and braking response.
Wider tyres and revised stance
The Jawa 42 All Stars now rides on a 100/90-18 front tyre and a considerably wider 150/70-17 rear tyre. The wider rear tyre, redesigned mudguard and new alloy wheels give the motorcycle a more muscular appearance.
Both wheels use tubeless tyres, making puncture repairs more convenient compared with the wire-spoke wheel setup traditionally associated with retro motorcycles.

The engine is paired with a six-speed gearbox. Suspension duties are handled by 35mm telescopic forks at the front and gas-charged twin shock absorbers with adjustable preload at the rear.

The All Stars update is more substantial than a routine colour refresh. The wider tyres, standard alloy wheels, revised rear design and upswept exhausts give the Jawa 42 a stronger road presence while improving everyday practicality.
However, the underlying engine platform remains familiar. Therefore, the real-world value of the claimed 60-plus improvements will depend on whether they translate into better refinement, ride quality and ownership experience. With prices overlapping the Royal Enfield Classic 350, Jawa will need the updated 42’s sharper performance and distinctive styling to attract buyers away from the segment leader.
