Suzuki India recorded 1,05,398 units in March 2026, showing a -1% year-on-year decline but a 4% month-on-month growth, indicating stable demand with slight recovery.

Here is a modelwise breakdown of March'26:

The Access scooter continues to dominate, contributing the majority of volumes with 72,658 units and a steady 9% YoY growth, reinforcing its position as Suzuki’s top-selling product.
The Burgman scooter saw a 14% YoY decline, although it posted a 15% MoM recovery, suggesting improving short-term demand.
The Avenis struggled significantly, dropping 44% YoY and 28% MoM, indicating weakening traction in the sporty scooter segment.
In motorcycles, the Gixxer range showed mixed performance, with the Gixxer 250 growing strongly (+48% YoY) while the standard Gixxer declined (-8% YoY).
The V-Strom SX emerged as a strong performer, recording 75% YoY growth, highlighting rising interest in adventure touring motorcycles.
Premium models like the Hayabusa and Katana remained low-volume, with Hayabusa declining YoY but improving MoM, while Katana saw no activity.
Overall, Suzuki’s performance is heavily dependent on the Access scooter, while other segments show mixed trends, pointing to the need for broader portfolio momentum.
