MoRTH Mandates Mechanised Load Covers for All Tippers and Dumpers From April 2027
MoRTH has made mechanised load-body covering systems mandatory for all tippers and dumpers operating on Indian roads from April 1, 2027. The new rule also requires an audio-visual warning inside the driver cabin if the cover remains open while the vehicle is moving.
