Zelio E-Mobility has commenced production at its fourth manufacturing plant in Hisar, Haryana. The ₹20 crore-plus investment adds 72,000 units of annual capacity, taking total installed production capacity to 3.12 lakh electric two-wheelers and three-wheelers.

Zelio E-Mobility plans to add over 150 dealerships across South India by FY27. Supported by its Coimbatore facility, the expansion aims to take its nationwide network beyond 550 outlets.

Zelio E-Mobility has started operations at its new Coimbatore manufacturing plant, adding 60,000 units of annual capacity and increasing total installed capacity to 2.4 lakh units per year.

Zelio E-Mobility is gearing up for its next growth phase with a major workforce expansion plan. The EV maker aims to cross 500 employees in the current FY, supported by hiring across manufacturing, R&D, quality, sales and after-sales functions. With 400+ dealers and a target of 550+ dealerships by FY27, Zelio is strengthening its presence across India’s electric mobility market.
