38% of Toyota India's volumes in Feb'21 came from Maruti rebadged models!

Maruti Rebadged models (Glanza & Urban Cruiser) dispatches in February 2021 added up to 5,292 units against overall Toyota volumes of 14,069 units. Also, Glanza & Urban Cruiser emerged as the second & third best-selling models for Toyota India.

• Toyota India volumes grew a healthy 36% YoY and 26% MoM in Feb'21 and it emerged as the 6th biggest OEM overtaking the likes of Renault & Honda.

• Innova continued to be Toyota's best-seller and constituted over 42% of the OEMs volumes. It also grew 10% YoY.

• The 2021 Fortuner helped the model register its highest monthly volume in the past 32 months! It is the first time after June 2018 that the model has crossed 2k volumes

• Yaris sales have improved by 21% YoY and 59% MoM.
