The three Wheeler segment was one of the worst victims of Covid-19 Last Year. However, this year it has started with a bang. The segment has seen a growth of 66,072 units for YTD. For the month of May the segment saw 44,461 units, which was 26,872 units growth.
Bajaj Auto registered a growth of 42,531 units against LY YTD. The volume for May 2021 stood at 30,376 units.
TVS Motors continued to hold the rank2 And stepped up exports dramatically. TVS registered a growth of 20,658 units. which was the highest growth in the industry.
Piaggio followed with 3,862 units for TY. the month of May saw 1,560 units for May 2021.
Force, Mahindra, and Atul Auto managed low volumes in the three-wheeler segment.
