Bolero is still Mahindra’s best selling car and sold well in Oct’20 basis strong rural demand and also Bihar elections. It grew a healthy 30% YoY and 32% MoM.
With dispatches of 4,882 units; XUV300 was Mahindra’s second best selling model and it recorded a 60% YoY growth and 32% MoM growth. Mahindra had reduced the prices of the XUV300 by Rs.72,000 in Aug’20 and is now a better value proposition. The volumes for the model has increased significantly post the price reduction.
Scorpio was Mahindra’s third best selling model for the month and sold only 3,961 units. It recorded a decline of -14% YoY.
Marazzo BS6 dispatches started in full swing since Aug’20 and around 737 units were shipped to the dealers in Oct’20. However; the model saw a decline of -29% YoY & -21% MoM
XUV500 crossed 1k units after 8 long months. However; the model degrew -27% YoY.
