New Audi Q3 Bookings Open in India at ₹1 Lakh; Prices to Be Announced in October

Audi India has officially opened bookings for the third-generation Audi Q3 ahead of its market launch during the 2026 festive season. Customers can reserve the new luxury SUV by paying a booking amount of ₹1 lakh.
Bookings can be placed through the Audi India website, the myAudi Connect application or at authorised Audi dealerships nationwide. Audi is expected to announce prices for the new Q3 in October 2026.
The new-generation model introduces substantially revised styling, a more technology-focused cabin and an upgraded turbo-petrol powertrain. It will renew Audi’s challenge to the BMW X1, Mercedes-Benz GLA and Volvo XC40 in India’s entry-level luxury SUV market.
Third-Generation Audi Q3 Gets a Complete Design Overhaul
The new Audi Q3 adopts the German manufacturer’s latest SUV design language. Its front fascia is dominated by a larger Singleframe grille, accompanied by slim upper lighting elements and separately positioned primary headlamps.
Prominent air intakes and more sculpted bodywork give the SUV a stronger road presence than the outgoing model. The pronounced shoulder line, flared wheel arches and redesigned alloy wheels reinforce its more muscular appearance.
At the rear, the Q3 receives slimmer light units, a full-width visual treatment and a cleaner tailgate design. Audi is expected to offer multiple exterior colours and wheel designs in India, although the final variant-wise combinations have yet to be disclosed.
New Digital Cabin and Redesigned Controls
The cabin represents one of the most significant changes in the new Q3. Audi has introduced a curved digital display arrangement comprising a fully digital instrument cluster and a large central touchscreen.
The centre console has been decluttered by moving the transmission selector to the steering column. This creates additional storage space between the front occupants and lends the dashboard a cleaner appearance.
Depending on the India-spec variant, the Q3 is expected to offer connected-car technology, wireless smartphone integration, a panoramic sunroof, configurable ambient lighting, electrically adjustable front seats and an upgraded audio system.
The rear seat can be adjusted to balance passenger and luggage requirements. With the rear backrests folded, Audi says the Q3 can provide up to 1,525 litres of luggage capacity.
Audi will disclose the complete India-spec equipment and variant structure closer to the price announcement.

The engine will be paired with a seven-speed dual-clutch automatic transmission, with Audi’s Quattro all-wheel-drive system sending power to all four wheels.
This would represent a modest power increase over the outgoing India-spec Q3, which produced 190 PS and 320 Nm. The new model is reportedly capable of accelerating from 0–100 km/h in approximately 7.1 seconds.
Final performance and fuel-efficiency figures should be confirmed when prices are announced.
