Tata Nexon sold a phenomenal 8,225 units in January 2021 and emerged as the best-selling Tata model for the month. It recorded a mammoth 143% YoY increase and surpassed the likes of Altroz & Tiago.
Tata Motors sold 26,980 passenger cars in January 2021 and registered a YoY growth of massive 94% & MoM increase of 15%. It retained the position of India’s 3rd biggest OEM in Jan’21.
Nexon was the best-selling Tata and 8,225 units were shipped in January 2021. The model grew 143% YoY and 20% MoM.
Altroz was the second best seller for Tata Motors and 7.3k units were dispatched to the dealers in Jan’21. Similar to Nexon; Altroz too recorded its all-time highest monthly sales volume in Jan’21! It is the first time since launch that Altroz has crossed 7k unit dispatches.
Tiago had to content with the third spot and over 6.9k wholesales happened in Jan’21. The model saw a rise in sales by 60% YoY and had a 14% growth when compared to Dec’20.
Harrier managed to sell 2,443 units and could record 240% YoY growth and 10% MoM. Harrier’s Jan’21 sales were its lifetime’s second-highest monthly volume!
