Toyota Car Sales Analysis – February 2026

Toyota recorded total dispatches of 30,737 units in February 2026, registering a 16% year-on-year growth compared to 26,414 units sold in February 2025. On a month-on-month basis, sales remained largely stable with flat growth compared to 30,630 units in January 2026.

Toyota’s strong performance in February was largely driven by the Hyryder, Innova lineup, and Rumion, while a few models like the Glanza and Taisor witnessed declines.

Toyota Model-Wise Sales Breakdown – February 2026

• Toyota Urban Cruiser Hyryder emerged as Toyota’s best-selling model in February 2026 with 9,359 units sold.

• The combined sales of Toyota Innova and Toyota Innova Hycross reached 8,703 units in February 2026. Innova lineup continues strong demand in the MPV segment.

• Glanza and Taisor recorded decline in volumes.

• Rumion's month-on-month sales remained stable at 2,817 units, nearly identical to January’s 2,829 units.

• Toyota Fortuner maintained steady demand with month-on-month growth remained marginal at 1%.

• Luxury models like Vellfire and LC300 show strong growth despite smaller volumes.
