Hyundai Venue has been breaking records since its launch and in July’19 it also emerged as Hyundai’s best seller for the month. Hyundai Venue bookings now crosses 50,000 mark and 18,000 units of compact SUV has been delivered since launch! The sub-4m SUV clearly overtook the OEMs erstwhile best selling SUV Creta and it was also successful in dethroning the mighty i20 from the Top spot.
As per Hyundai; over 55 per cent of the Venue sold are BlueLink-enabled variant. And out of the 50,000 bookings, over 35 per cent of customers have preferred the Hyundai’s in-house DCT (Dual Clutch Transmission) technology. SUV market share for Hyundai is now 21 percent with the combined sales of Venue, Creta and Tucson and has even clearly overtook the SUV volumes of that of Maruti!
