Ather Energy dispatched 31,044 electric scooters in July 2026, registering 106% YoY growth. The Rizta dominated volumes with 24,833 units and accounted for nearly 80% of Ather’s monthly dispatches.

Ather CEO Tarun Mehta has confirmed that the upcoming Konarc electric scooter will feature a metal body. Based on Ather's new EL platform, the Konarc is expected to become the brand's most affordable scooter and rival the Bajaj Chetak and TVS iQube.

Ather Energy recorded a strong Q1 FY27 performance, with revenue from operations increasing 88.8% to ₹1,216.9 crore. The company also turned EBITDA positive, while its net loss narrowed by 71% year-on-year.

Ather Energy’s dispatches increased 81% year-on-year to 31,063 units in June 2026. The Rizta remained the company’s biggest volume driver, contributing nearly 80% of total dispatches.

India's two-wheeler market recorded a strong 21.22% year-on-year growth in June 2026, with 18,28,458 retail registrations, according to FADA data. Hero MotoCorp retained its leadership position ahead of Honda Motorcycle & Scooter India, while TVS Motor continued to strengthen its market share. The month also saw robust growth from Royal Enfield, Yamaha and Ather Energy, highlighting sustained demand across both ICE and electric two-wheelers.
