India's largest carmaker quietly crossed its biggest-ever after-sales milestone in FY26. Nearly 78,000 vehicles touch a Maruti service bay every single day!
Maruti Suzuki India has set a new after-sales milestone by servicing over 2.84 crore vehicles in FY2025-26, the highest annual service load handled in the company’s history. The achievement was supported by Maruti Suzuki’s nationwide network of 5,926 service touchpoints across India. The company said the figure includes different categories of service work, including periodic maintenance, general repairs and other vehicle servicing jobs.
Key Highlights
Metric | FY26 Figure |
Vehicles serviced | 2.84 crore+ |
Service touchpoints | 5,926 |
Record type | Highest-ever annual service load |
Future target | ~8,000 service touchpoints by FY2031 |

This is not just a service-network achievement; it is a strong reminder of Maruti Suzuki’s biggest competitive advantage in India. While sales numbers often get the spotlight, ownership experience is equally important in a value-conscious market like India.
With 5,926 service touchpoints, Maruti Suzuki continues to enjoy one of the widest after-sales footprints in the country. This gives the brand a major advantage in smaller towns and rural markets, where easy access to service, lower maintenance anxiety and quick parts availability strongly influence purchase decisions.
The company’s plan to expand to around 8,000 service touchpoints by FY31 shows that Maruti wants its service network to remain ahead of its growing vehicle parc and evolving technologies.
