Skoda India Sales Report – April 2026

Skoda Auto India reported total domestic sales of 6,886 units in April 2026, witnessing a 6% year-on-year (YoY) decline compared to 7,302 units sold in April 2025. On a month-on-month (MoM) basis as well, sales declined 13% from 7,928 units recorded in March 2026.
Despite the overall slowdown, Skoda’s SUV portfolio continued to remain the backbone of the brand, with the Kylaq and Kushaq together contributing nearly 86% of total monthly sales.
Skoda Kylaq continued to lead Skoda India’s sales charts with 4,089 units sold in April 2026. However, the SUV witnessed a 24% YoY decline and a 12% MoM drop, indicating softer demand after stronger dispatches in earlier months. Despite the decline, the Kylaq alone contributed nearly 59% of Skoda’s total monthly volumes, highlighting its importance to the company’s India strategy.
Skoda Kushaq emerged as Skoda’s strongest-growing model in April 2026 with 1,851 units sold, posting an impressive 136% YoY growth. However, on a monthly basis, Kushaq sales declined 20% compared to March 2026.
Skoda Slavia recorded sales of 830 units, declining 21% YoY and 6% MoM.
Skoda Kodiaq posted 116 units in April 2026, registering a modest 8% YoY growth while recording a strong 81% MoM increase.
