Kawasaki India has plans of launching its new BS6 Ninja 300 with new shades in the highly competitive affordable-performance motorcycle segment.
Bookings for the vehicle have commenced it is gathered, even though the product is not listed on the official website as yet..
Apart from the earlier showcased Lime Green Paint, the new motorcycle will be available in Lime Green/Ebony and Black Colors.
The engine is likely to be the updated 296cc liquid-cooled,4 stroke parallel-twin engine that is BS6 emission norm compliant with 6 gears. The power output would be 29kW(39 ps) at 11000 rpm and torque of 27 Nm @ 10000 rpm.
The frame would be the same tubular diamond steel frame and the same equipment and cycle parts kit.
The new BS6 Kawasaki Ninja 300 could be priced marginally higher than the earlier BS4 Kawasaki Ninja, which carried a price tag of Rs.2.96 Lakh (Ex SR Delhi.).
The twin-cylinder sports bike would be a perfect blend of sporty riding and comfortable ergonomics.
