Revolt Motors has expanded its electric motorcycle portfolio with the launch of the all-new Revolt RVX, a performance-oriented electric motorcycle positioned between the RV BlazeX and the RV400. Priced at an introductory ₹1.30 lakh (ex-showroom) before applicable state incentives, the RVX aims to attract riders looking for a sportier electric commuter without stepping into the premium EV segment.
With a new powertrain, improved performance, removable battery technology and connected features, the RVX represents one of Revolt's most comprehensive updates in recent years.

A New Flagship for Everyday Riders
Unlike the RV400, which primarily focuses on urban commuting, the RVX has been developed to offer a more engaging riding experience while retaining practicality.
The motorcycle features aggressive streetfighter styling with muscular tank shrouds, LED lighting, split seats and alloy wheels, giving it a more premium road presence than previous Revolt offerings.
It will be available in multiple colour options including Electric Blue, Eclipse Red and Pearl Black.
Battery, Motor and Performance
Powering the RVX is a new 3.24 kWh removable lithium-ion battery pack, paired with a mid-mounted Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motor (PMSM).

Its key rivals include:

Tork Kratos R
Matter Aera
The inclusion of a removable battery could prove to be a significant differentiator, particularly for urban customers without dedicated charging facilities.
AutoPunditz Analysis
The RVX reflects how India's electric two-wheeler market is evolving beyond basic commuting. Buyers today expect stronger acceleration, higher top speeds, connected technology and charging convenience—without sacrificing practicality.
By combining a 160 km claimed range, 90 km/h top speed, fast charging, removable battery and a comprehensive suite of smart features at an introductory price of around ₹1.30 lakh, Revolt has created a compelling package in the growing performance-electric commuter segment.
Success, however, will ultimately depend on real-world range, service network expansion and long-term battery reliability. If the motorcycle delivers on these fronts, the RVX could emerge as one of the strongest value propositions among electric motorcycles in India during 2026.
